WCW had just got itself a real winner with the release of WCW vs nWo World Tour on N64 and Playstation owners were hoping to get an equally good game for their consoles when Nitro got released. As it turned out Nitro played nothing like World Tour, it played pretty badly, and the only legacy it leaves behind is it's infamous wrestler rants on the character select screen along with the weird unlockables found within the game.
