Hulk Hogan had become a huge name in the world of sports and entertainment during the 80s and early 90s, when people thought of wrestling, they thought of Hulk Hogan. Eric Bischoff and Ted Turner decided to give Hogan one of the most lucrative contracts in wrestling history to get him on the WCW roster. When Hogan made his WCW debut, the company would never be the same again. Hulk began feuding straight away with Ric Flair, capturing the WCW World Heavyweight Championship in his very first match in the company. From here, Hogan would continue working with Flair before main eventing Starrcade 1994, having a match series with Big Van Vader, and competing against various members of the "Dungeon of Doom" Stable.
