Wow all I can remember is the breathing exercises. Diddy's calm voice embraced my mind, comforted my soul, than I was not hearing anything so I'm up 5 hours later listening to him again 😂 Gratitude#TEAMLOVE

A great addition to my evening calming bubble bath, lemongrass tea, and body cream massage. I slept the entire night waking up recharged, alert and filled with positive energy.
