A Boxing Drill - Simple Movement and Punching

When developing boxing skills, even at the elite level, simple boxing drills are the staple of ever growing, ever developing boxer. This boxing drill helps combine footwork movement with punching. My favourite part of the drill is that pivot combined with the lead hand uppercut, it's really slick and smart.
