Currently a resident of Karachi, #FarhanAliWaris first did his Naat khawani in 1998 under Thar Production which we have mentioned earlier in the first paragraph. His first qalaam Ali Waris was quite influential and impacting. His first big appearance was in a small city of Sindh Rohri where he started the beginning of his career. At that time, no one had even imagined that this young lad would soon be counted as one of the big and notable figures of Naat and Noha khawani. To count, Farhan Ali Waris has recited approximately 300 plus Qalaams and has also achieved numerous awards both from Pakistan and abroad. Some of the awards are Sitara-e-Manqabat Noha Khuwani award in India. Some of his Nohay such as Ali Waris in 1998 and Qalandaro ki hai sada Ali Ali Ali in 2005 were the most famous of that year. Some other of his famous Naats and Nohas are, • “Bemaar Hai tu Sughra” in 1999, • “Karbala na Bhoolengay” in 2000, • “Zindan mai Zainab Bain Karay” in 2001, • “Maa Meri Pyari Maa” in the year 2003, • “Ja Raha hu Karbala Main” in 2002, • “Inqilab” in 2010, • Ya hussain Ana ilak (in Arabic) He also produced his first-ever Noha in English language in 2012 that is “We adore you Hussein”
