Recently, many stand-up comedy shows of Munawar Faruqui were cancelled due to alleged jokes on Hindi gods. Kunal Kamra's Bengaluru shows were also cancelled. In a third separate incident, famous YouTuber Carryminati (Ajey Nagar) had to clip a portion of his MeTube video which showed Ramayan characters.
